Notice to Students Withdrawing and Faculty Members Retiring in September, 2017 (about keio.jp)

Students who withdraw from Keio University (except withdrawal from the doctoral program after the completion of required course work without submission of a thesis) and faculty members who retire from Keio University will not be able to use all applications available on keio.jp except Keio Mail after 3:00 p.m. on September 21, 2017. For details, see the following information.
∗ It is possible for students who attend a graduate school or enroll in courses at Keio University to continuously use all applications available on keio.jp.
∗ It is possible for faculty members who retire after September 22 to continuously use all applications available on keio.jp till their retiring date.

  1. Please save your G Suite data and Box data by yourself before 3:00 p.m. on September 21, 2017.

  1. Software licenses on keio.jp are available only before you withdraw or retire. After withdrawing or retiring, be sure to uninstall the software and licenses as soon as possible.

They will be able to use Keio Mail for 1 year as a grace period for migration after withdrawing or retiring.
∗ Faculty members who become honorary professors or teachers will be able to use all services of Keio Mail continuously after retiring.

  1. Please set your forwarding email address and save your Keio Mail (Gmail) data by yourself during the period for migration.
