Obtaining an Activation Key

You are given a unique activation key, used activate your Keio ID. Although the key itself contains no personal data, it should be handled carefully.

A. Faculty members

  1. Full-time members:

    We send full-time faculty members a notification of their activation key in writing. If you have not received your activation key notification, please contact the Help Desk. To see a sample of the notification (PDF), click here.

  2. Part-time members:

    In order to proceed with registration, you must present some sort of identification.

    Students: student ID card
    Faculty and staff members: faculty and staff ID card, driver's license (Japanese), driving history certificate (issued on or after April 1, 2012), passport, health insurance card,or residence card

B. Staff members

You can see your activation key by the below.

  1. Start a Web browser, and go to the following URL:
    https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e5f084de-4c6c-4a4a-bda0-3d1fa1b6aac2?tenantId=747212f3-8a6b-4636-bb18-061d1f4b276b

    It takes time for the data to be updated, and there are cases in which the activation key may not be displayed on the day of arrival when taking up your post. If you do not see your activation key by the next day, please contact Inquiry Form for IT-Related Topics.


  2. You are prompted to enter your ID and password. Enter ID and password for office work(ID and password for using ADST Usage Guide).

  3. If you are prompted to permit for usage by Activation confirmation, click to apply.
