Notification about Support Site Termination for ArcGIS

Regarding Support Site Termination for ArcGIS products
ESRI Japan Corporation has announced that they will close the "ESRI Product Support Site", a site that provides installation programs and support information for ArcGIS products, on December 24, 2021.

Login account on the ArcGIS Support Site, which have been offered via keio.jp Software License System will be unable to use according to the termination of the site.
* My Esri account is not available (We do not offer My Esri accounts).

Please refer to the site below for the use after the termination of the site.
Install Program
After completing the ArcGIS usage application, the campus ITC you applied for will inform you.
Support Information
Please refer to the ArcGIS resource site, the information site provided by ESRI Japan Corporation.
Login account will not be required to use the site.

Please note that for the license use, the usage application will still be required.
