Fix for security vulnerability in Mathematica 11.1-11.3 on Linux

Wolfram Research has very recently discovered a potential security vulnerability in Mathematica 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 on Linux operating systems. Under certain circumstances,
users of your system could execute arbitrary Wolfram Language code as root.

Updated installers are now available in the Wolfram User Portal:

We strongly advise you to address this vulnerability by replacing any copies of the Mathematica 11.3 Linux installer that you maintain and to forward these
details to all Mathematica for Linux users at your site.
