Network failure announcement in some campuses and eduroam

From 14:00 on Sep. 15, 2020 (Tu), the networks in the following campuses have been in an unstable state.

And, eduroam is also unstable to use in all campuses.

We are currently in the process of troubleshooting work.
All users of these networks may be affected by the failures.
