Issue Regarding the Zoom Keio Tenant (May 2)

(Updated: 2026/05/02 8:30p.m.)

License restoration has been completed for the intended users (faculty members with usage history in the past year, and faculty/staff who applied in advance) as of May 6th, except for Webinars (the 40-minute limit, etc., has been lifted).
Regarding Webinars, licenses for up to 500 participants have been applied, while we continue to coordinate the 1000-participant options and other add-ons.

(2026/05/02 3:10p.m.)

It appears that Zoom Video Communications has expired the licenses earlier than scheduled, contrary to our prior agreement.

We are currently contacting them to resolve this; however, since all licenses for the Zoom Keio tenant have been removed, all functions including SSO login, access to cloud recordings, meetings exceeding 40 minutes, webinars, and large meetings are currently unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for the serious inconvenience this has caused.
