a. Eligible persons

Persons enrolled at Keio University are eligible to use SPSS and Amos.

All (including all Keio Affiliated Schools)

3. Notes

When using the software, please note the following:

1. Be sure to submit the application form to your campus ITC before installing the software by the DVD. (It is not necessary to submit the application form, if you install the software through keio.jp "Software Licensing Center". ) Duplicating the license without permission is regarded as a breach of contract.
2. When installing the software into more than one device, be sure to submit the application form and install by the DVD. It is permitted to install the software into only one device through keio.jp "Software Licensing Center".
3. When you are no longer enrolled at Keio after retirement or graduation, you must uninstall the software.
4. You must not allow your family members to use the computer on which the software is installed.
   If you would like to share the computer with your family members, you must purchase the package version.
5. You and your faculty or department are responsible for all work related to installing and upgrading the software.
6. ITC assumes no responsibility for any problems caused by the installation.Before starting the installation process, check your computer's configuration and system requirements *1,and back up your system.
7. No support services are provided for the software under this license.
8. Visit this page regularly to get up-to-date information about this license.
9. Comply with the terms of the license agreement when using the software.
10. The license expires at the end of the academic year.If you would like to continue using the software through the next academic year,you must submit an application after April 1.

4. Application process (Installing by the DVD)

When installing the software by the DVD, submit the application form to your campus ITC.

• Fill in all of the items on the application form, and submit it to your campus ITC.
• Only students and faculty or staff members are eligible to file applications.
  No proxies are allowed.

Install media (DVD) lending period

Two nights and three days in general
(Science and Technology ITC: one night and two days; the period may be shorter at peak times.)

• The lending period does not include days when the ITC office is closed.
  For example, if you borrow the software on a Friday, the due date will be the following Tuesday.

• If you are a student and would like to install the software on your computer, bring it to your campus ITC.
